The service desk in the international terminal is in the immediate vicinity of the glass elevators in the center of the terminal on departure level 2. A Tourism New South Wales information desk (tel: (02) 96 67 60 53) is in the center of arrival level 1 of the international terminal and is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. There is also an airport information hotline (Tel: (0) 296 67 91 11). The service counters for domestic flights are located in the domestic terminals. So-called. Gold Ambassadors are airport employees who provide general information about the airport. They can be found throughout the airport, but especially near counters D and H on the departure level and opposite exits A and B on the arrival level.

Transfer between the terminals:

Underground: An underground train connection, the Airport Link (Internet: www.airportlink.com.au), connects the international and domestic terminals with the city center and suburbs of Sydney. Airport Link stations are located in Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Trains run every 10 minutes at peak times, otherwise every 15 minutes, namely Mon-Fri 5 a.m. to midnight, Sa-Sun 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. (travel time to the center: 13 Min.).

Bus: The number 400 bus runs approximately every 30 minutes on the Burwood – Bondi Junction route and stops at the domestic and international terminals of the airport (Internet: www.sydneybuses.info). Private shuttle bus providers are also available.

Taxi: Taxi ranks are in front of the domestic and international terminals. A trip to Sydney city center costs around A $ 50 + A $ 3 airport fee (travel time: 20-30 minutes).

Public transportation

Rail: Airport Rail Link trains (Tel: (02) 83 37 84 17. Internet: www.airportlink.com.au) connect the international and domestic terminals with the city center of Sydney. Airport Rail Link stations are located in Terminals 2 and 3 and a short walk from the Express Terminal. Trains run every 10 minutes at peak times, otherwise every 15 minutes (travel time: 13 minutes, single fare: A $ 11).

Taxi
 (Tel: (1800) 64 84 78): There is a taxi rank in front of the central entrance of the arrivals hall in the international terminal; Maxitaxis and wagons as well as normal taxis offer niches for parking strollers and access for wheelchairs (travel time to the city center: 30 minutes. Travel costs: A $ 25). There is a taxi rank right in front of each terminal. Pre-booked limousines are available in the stopping areas immediately in front of each terminal.

Bus:
 The bus parking lot is on the right near the piazza in front of the airport as soon as you leave the international arrival hall. In the area for domestic flights there are covered waiting areas at the bus stops, which are used for intercity and city express buses.
The Airport Express buses 300 and 350(Tel: 13 15 00, only in Australia) run between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. approximately every 10 minutes to the city center and via Central Station, the main train station, to Kings Cross. The fare is A $ 12 for a return ticket and A $ 7 for a single ticket. Public buses 400 and 410 run every 20 minutes from about 05.27-23.16 from the International Terminal via the Qantas Terminal to Bondi Junction and Randwick Junction. From Bondi Junction you have a connection with the CityRail (see arrival by train). Hotels offer shuttle buses. A taxi ride to the city center costs around A $ 25.

Conference and meeting rooms:

T1 has two meeting rooms (the Kingsford Smith Suite can accommodate up to 400 conference participants) and two VIP lounges and 7 airline member lounges. T2 has meeting rooms and a conference center with facilities for up to 1000 guests. Catering is also available. Overhead projectors, computer screens, flipcharts and boards are standard equipment, audiovisual equipment can be provided on request. Mobile phone rental is available from Vodafone Rental on the arrival level of T1.

Accessibility facilities:

Facilities for disabled passengers include showers, toilets, ramps and low-installed phones; Passengers with special needs are advised to notify their airline at least 72 hours before departure. Wheelchairs are available from the Tourism New South Wales information desk .

Parking spaces:

There are three parking spaces at the airport. The T1 International Terminal Car Park is located on the arrival level of the international terminal. Parking garages and long-term parking spaces are also available. The long-term car park can be reached via Ross Smith Avenue from General Holmes Drive or Sir Reginald Ansett Drive; follow the signs to the car park near the heliport. A chauffeur parking service is also available (Tel: (02) 96 67 60 10).
